A note on cost
The big practice-management platforms are powerful — and priced for mid-to-large hospitals, usually per user or per vet. If you’re a small, mobile, or euthanasia-focused clinic and only need the jobs above, here’s the context:
Prices are approximate NZD equivalents of public USD pricing and change often; check each vendor for current rates. QoLly isn’t a replacement for a full hospital PMS — it does less, on purpose. It’s the light, low-cost layer for relief cover, referrals, owner-completed intake, and your controlled-drug register. Posting relief ads and using the referral directory is free; the $29/month plan (after your first 20 cases) covers the full QoLly toolkit if your vets want it.
